Berry & Yoghurt Smoothie

Summer time always calls for fresh berries and they make the perfect addition to a refreshing and healthy combination of fruit and yogurt that’s kid-approved and can be savored by the entire household. If the berries don’t excite them, the color certainly will. A perfect choice for breakfast or a afternoon pre-workout snack.


Ingredients


  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt

  • 2 Ancient Greens jubes

  • Mixed berries (preferably frozen for a more thicker and milkshake texture)

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup milk


Directions


Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Add ice if desired.
